What journal sizes are available?
The TUX is available in an A5 edition and a larger Executive edition. The 542 journal has its own guided-faith format. Final dimensions and materials will be listed on each product page before ordering.
How do pre-orders work?
A pre-order reserves an item before its official release. The expected shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation.
Do you offer monograms or custom personalization?
Yes. Select journals and qualifying bulk or event orders may be personalized. Custom and monogrammed items are nonrefundable.
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Eligible journals must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.
How are refunds processed?
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days after processing.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email custom@ajmichel.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
